Hi, I’m Susan — the heart behind Plain Truth Mama.

I’m a Bible-believing Christian, a proud mama of boys, a homemaker, and a truth-teller in a world that’s forgotten how to listen.

This space was born out of a deep conviction — that our homes matter, that truth still stands, and that ordinary women living out their faith with courage are the backbone of a strong society.

I believe in the power of a well-stewarded life:

• A pantry stocked with real food.
• A home filled with peace and purpose.
• A heart grounded in the Word of God.

I’m here to speak plainly about the things that matter most:

• Faith that’s not watered down or shaped by culture.
• Family that’s worth fighting for.
• Freedom that isn’t granted by the government but given by God.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do believe in the authority of Scripture, the goodness of hard work, and the wisdom of old paths. I vote my values. I raise my children with intention. And I’m not afraid to challenge the lies being fed to our families, our churches, and our country.
